Employees – Be professional at all times by being reliable, on time, sensitive, consistent, supportive, personable, and non-judgmental. Inform your supervisor when changes in the person’s life are happening.
Person Served and Guardians – Communicate with the direct care provider(s) on a regular basis so that they are always clear about your preferences, needs and desires. Please let us know if you have a question, concern, or a situation you are not comfortable addressing with your direct care provider.
